pursuant to the Writ Of Execution issued January 30, 2015
pursuant to the Judgment entered on the 28th day of
April, 2008, and recorded May 2, 2008 as Instrument No.
750801, which was renewed by the Renewed Judgment on the 29th
day of January, 2013, and recorded February 4, 2013 as
Instrument No. 839381, records of Bonner County, Idaho, on the
17th day of March, 2015, at the hour of

will sell all the right, title, and interest of the
